Fix Stranded Inventory - Inventory error (Sorry :( )

Hi all
I have an issue - i think caused by me editing the title of an amazon listing on Amazon UK, and this has put my USA stock as stranded. with Inventory error.

Seller support suggested to delete the listing, wait 24hrs then refresh stranded reason and create new listing from the stranded inventory page.
When i do this (after waiting several days post deleting) i cannot relist as seller SKU is already in use, with the box greyed out so i cannot relist.

So i delete the listing, waited a couple of days and I used the bulk uploader to create the SKU - but now get the original error … ‘Inventory Error’. so kind of back to square 1.

Seller support suggest creating a removal order and resend to FBA - issue is the stock is in the USA and i have no address to send to.

Also the items are my own brand with my own EAN barcodes - NOT FNSKUs on the boxes.

Any ideas guys?

I may be incorrect, but I was under the assumption you must have an address in that country in-case of these events? What were you going to do if you had unfulfillable stock which was damaged by return?
