Hello fellow Amazon Sellers and Support Team

I'm in the process of listing my first product.

Though the procedure seems straightforward, I do have a query:

My product comprises a set of four identical bathroom shelves, each packed individually (meaning four identical boxes, each containing one bathroom shelve).

Could you please verify if I've configured the listing correctly?

- Item Package Quantity: 4

- Unit Count: 4

- Item Dimensions L x W x Thickness: Dimensions of a single bathroom shelve or the total combined dimension for all four?

- Item Package Dimensions: Dimensions of the single package containing one bathroom shelve or the total combined dimension for all four packages?

- Package Weight: Weight of a single bathroom shelve in its individual package or the total combined dimension for all four packages?

My question concerns the last three points: do they refer to the cumulative size of all four bathroom shelves or to each individual item? Will Amazon recognize that there are four boxes under one listing?

Furthermore, could you explain how the labelling process functions when a listing contains four individually packaged items?

Item dimensions - for a single shelf

package dimensions - for all 4

Package weight - for all 4

This will likely simplify things for you - you cannot have 4 individually packaged items for a single listing using FBA. You will need to package them together as a single unit for FBA.

Why not just list and sell and fulfil yourself initially, then you will know listed ok, and no teething problems (sells better with free shipping usually)

Hello @Seller_n7rbV5wuhC8yz,

Thank you for reaching out. I just wanted to confirm that @Seller_QuM1AZgzfU9x4 is indeed accurate.

Regarding your question about whether Amazon recognizes multiple boxes under one listing, the answer is yes.

Once you've set the package quantity and unit count to 4, Amazon will understand that the customer will receive four individual shelves with their purchase.

If you encounter any uncertainties during the labeling process, feel free to consult the Shipment Label Requirements

Regards, Ezra
