Section 3 Violation removed yet account is still deactivated
We were hit with a section 3 violation that caused us to be deactivated. We submitted our documents as requested by Amazon Support. Fortunately for us we were granted approval to resume selling the ASIN in question, the violation was removed and our account health was , for the most part, restored (268).
Now a couple days later we get a message saying that more information is required....... on a violation that no longer exists and was resolved in our favor. All this and our account still remains deactivated!
