Amazon Suspended my FBM Account instantly
Amazon said my valid tracking rate fell below 95% and suspended my account without notice, now they are refusing to communicate with me. I have been selling with FBA but they have lost the last 5 shipments in a row costing me thousands out of pocket. In addition to this they are sending customer damaged goods back to me regularly without compensation.
This is all a bit too much and isn’t getting better after more that 1 years selling with Amazon I am going to liquidate my inventory by selling off what I have so I can focus on my own business without being cut of with no right to appeal over such petty issues. The problem I have is that I cannot sell of my FBM as they will not reinstate and I don’t want to send anything more to Amazon, because it is always getting lost and they find excuses not to compensate i.e. box was a different weight. Now i don’t know what to do with this inventory i bought specifically to sell on amazon.
