" Please be considerate."
Wow, thanks for the laugh. YOU are on the wrong site if you expect to receive any consideration or mercy for REPEAT violations.
Didn't you pay attention the first (or second, third, fourth time?) How many repeat violations were there?

Hello @Seller_1h1f6XMr6gdzM,
Thank you for reaching out on the Forums. I will try and provide some general guidance. For greater detail concerning your specific situation, please provide an ASIN, Case ID or Performance Notification. With that information and the help from an internal team, I am able to research in greater detail.
I can see you are frustrated and confused by your account deactivation. Repeat Violations have a fairly NEW experience now. You may be in the Appeal process and if so, you will need to explain the Root Cause (Exactly how and why this happened) and how you will prevent this going forward. The preventative steps MUST address and correct the Root Cause.
You may have deleted the ASIN in question but Amazon can review the date of deletion. If you never sold the ASIN, you need to expand on why it was in you inventory at all.
@Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp has some really good responses for you to review and understand. Anytime you have an ASIN in your inventory, even if it is not active, Amazon feels you have the intent to sell that item. That means you can receive violations on items you never purchased or sold. Keep the inventory up to date.
Please review: Account Health Rating: Frequently Asked Questions this includes information on How do repeat violations impact my AHR? How are repeat violation thresholds determined? and What happens if I reach the maximum number of repeat violations for a particular policy?
I would really like to help you. please provide an ASIN, Case ID or Performance Notification. I look forward to your response. Thank you for reaching out on the Forums.
