For all my items at UK store has been lost buy box. It shows 0%. All other marketplaces shows 98 and more %, and only UK 0%.

I have been wrote to support, but they do not helping me. I want to understand what is the reason of this problem. Account rate is very good, no problems in this. Shipping and all other metrics good. I want to understand the problem, and how to resolve it. I want to understand why at all marketplaces I have buy box, but in UK no. I am selling my own brand with one price. There is not reason to lost it. This is amazon technical mistake, I want someone to resolve this situation.

Lost ALL BUY BOX (Featured Offer) in my StoreHello Amazon,ALL LISTING buy box are LOST. My account status is normal and healthy. My account is at professional selling plan and i listed my product asin "B0D7Z5P9JC" and "B0D8Q76WSQ" as FBA and my inventory reached a week ago recently, but no featured offer buy box is being given to my FBA offer as i have tried lowering the price and my PPC ad campaigns are delivering and not spending at all.

I meet all criteria for getting eligible for buy box but amazon somehow is not giving it , i want to get a manual check done because my listing has 0 returns 0 chargebacks and 5 star rating review and its fba, i tried creating other offers but no luck

I have been sitting to start my ads and launch my product but due to this buy box not showing issue i am stuck

I need help in fixing this URGENTLY please as my store rankings are dropping. Please if anyone from seller support can fix it. I would really appreciate.
