Trying to make changes to a listing

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone can help please, each time I hop on here I always tend to get somewhere.

I am the only brand representative for a brand which has been enrolled in Brand Registry.

All I am trying to do is making changes to the listing, which I already did a couple of weeks ago but now trying to add in extra keywords.

Each time I try to add the changes, they won’t update on the listing. And each time I reach out to seller support they repetitively keep saying “After looking into it, I found that the attribute you would like to update for this ASIN has already been claimed by another representative of the brand.” which there isn’t?!

I am the only brand representative registered, and I have seen this with my own eyes on the brand owners account. I keep explaining this to seller support and have reached out several times by phone and email but keep getting the same response, they just don’t seem to be helping or providing any other solution.

One thing to note is that our US team has listed on Amazon since our recent US launch. I doubt it but is that who seller support are talking about when mentioning the above statement?
