Brand can't be registered
We tried to register our brand on amazon.co.uk, however received negative decision.
Here's message from Amazon:
We are unable to approve your Brand Registry application because the trademark on the application either violates the intellectual property rights of others and/or is highly likely to be confused by customers for an established brand.
We are the official registered owner of the trademark in the United Kingdom, registered with the UK Intellectual Property Office under registration number since year 2000.
Despite trying to escalate we're receiving exactly same answer from Amazon without any intention to consider our situation. On top of that we see many sellers selling products with our brand on it which makes us impossible to have any impact on how our brand is represented on Amazon after they deny possibility to register as brand.
Any suggestions what to do?

We would like to emphasize the following:
Legally Registered Trademark:
Our ownership of the Brand's mark is fully valid, active, and legally recognized in the UK. This registration grants us the exclusive right to use and protect the mark in relation to the specified goods/services.
No Violation of Others’ Rights:
Our trademark registration is lawful and does not infringe any other intellectual property rights. The UKIPO thoroughly examines applications for potential conflicts before approval.
Right to Represent Our Brand:
As the legal rights holder, we are entitled to represent and manage our brand across marketplaces, including Amazon. Denying Brand Registry access prevents us from exercising our rights and from protecting our customers against counterfeit or unauthorized listings.
Preventing Customer Confusion:
Rather than contributing to confusion, our inclusion in Brand Registry enables us to prevent confusion by ensuring only genuine listings for our trademarked products appear under our brand.
Active Listings Under Our Trademark:
There are already many products listed on Amazon UK that are manufactured by our company and bear our registered trademark. Enrolling us in Brand Registry would allow us to properly manage and monitor these listings, ensuring accurate and consistent brand representation across the platform.
