other seller mapped my listing

i am facing the issue othere seller mapped my listing without authorization even i have a registered trade mark. i report so many complaint but did not get any solution. Amazon brand registry also not accepting my application we also registered on amazon brand registry. i did not get any solution from any amazon seller support or any service.
