Account reactivation vat

Hi everyone,

I’m posting here out of frustration and in the hope someone from Amazon or the community can help.

My Amazon UK account for Jactz Ltd has been deactivated due to a VAT establishment issue, and despite being fully compliant and submitting all required documents, I’ve had no response from Amazon for months.

I’ve submitted:

All VAT returns

Proof of UK business establishment (address, bank statements)

My UK VAT registration details

I’ve sent this to vatsubmit@amazon.com three times this week, with the most recent email sent today (21 July). Still, I’ve received no reply, no acknowledgment, and no progress.

Every attempt to open a case in Seller Central gets ignored or closed without resolution. It’s severely impacting my business, and I just need to know whether my documents are even being reviewed.

Has anyone been through this and managed to get a real response?

Any advice on how to escalate or get eyes on this?
