Hi. I had a Buyer open an A-Z Claim on a Item she refused to accept.
Item was an Amazon Label and dispatched on time. Initially ODR Affected was No, I appealed as the item was been rejected delivery by the buyer as it was claimed was damaged. I ovbiosuly appealed this and now my ODR has been affected? Why has this changed?
Can anyone Help? Cant re-appeal and no one from seller support will help.

How did they know it was damaged if it had not been opened ? - or was the packaging damaged in transit, and they could see that it would have been not acceptable ? - presumably it has been returned to you ?

We had the same problem, we even had an a-z where amazon said they will fund it, they never refunded us the money and when i messaged them to ask where the refund was they changed it and decided i was going to fund it instead and it then affected the ODR!
