Dietary Supplement Compliancy Testing Renewal and Grace Period question

I'm seeking clarity about best practices for the renewal process for approved documents that are soon to expire. The policy changes were last year, April 2024. Luckily for my ASINS, I had a 2 month grace period to have the new requirements in place. What is the process for renewal? I have real concern of the system deciding to block my listings when it's time for updated documents before I have a chance to have testing completed. With the 6 week lead time for testing, what do we do?

So far the Dietary Supplements team has shared that they will reach out to you when its time for the renewal process. Once they have done an initial outreach, you should have adequate time to complete the renewal process from the date of outreach in which you should not be in danger of having your products suppressed.
Overall, it seems like sellers should take action right away after getting the notification for testing renewal to avoid compliance documentation delays and/or products suppression the longer time has passed since receiving the notification.
We can continue trying to gather more information from the partner team and see if they would be able to expand on this process within the Dietary Supplement help pages but at this time, I hope what I have shared helps ease your mind and answers your questions regarding the renewal process.
