Hermes / Evri MASSIVE FAILURES IF NOT THEFT

Hermes have now lost 100% of my customer’s returns, marking them as delivered when they haven’t even bothered to try. They actually take a picture of the package in their own depot (or somewhere other than the recipient address) amongst other packages (hiding their addresses). My supplier (the recipient address has confirmed that is not their goods-in section and asked everyone to look for it, regarding two packages now).

Then I’m forced to claim for them since they come up with some excuse like the drives GPS wasn’t on so they cant check etc, then they only refund me £20 (products value is £149 ex vat) so im now almost £300 down in 2 months.

Someone at Hermes is clearly stealing items and marking them as delivered.

Is anyone else having serious issues with Amazon auto-authorised returns process that forces us to use Hermes/Evri?

How do we get a resolution? Just call the police and report it as theft?

Anyone know how to disable Auto-Authorisation for returns? I used ti simply instruct customers to return by Royal Mail and never had a single isseu now im losing more momey than i make on Amazon baecause of this one new change
