Amazon Won't Give Me My Money, Illegal?
My account has been deactivated by them for no good reason since April 2nd!
It has been a very tough time for our company.
Since that time they have held onto our money which is £2000+ and I have no way of getting it back.
They have stopped allowing me to do more POAs, so basically they have stolen from me now.
Any ideas what i can do next?
I would rather get my account up and running again, but not sure that will ever happen.
I do though want my money.
The ridiculous thing is, i need to refund a customer for an order but because i am deactivated and it is past 90 days i can’t do it and the customer is on the verge of an AtoZ against me.
I just dont understand Amazon i really don;t
Been a good supplier on there for years and this is how they treat sellers, terrible really
Any ideas please?
Thanks
Paul
