Account level reserve too high
We were recently almost hacked, but managed to fix everything, amazon asked us for our bank account details and all other verifications all we passed everything. One week before the amazon loan needs to be payed we usually can’t withdraw anything from the balance but it shows us the correct account reserve, Our account reserve at the moment should be 34k, and itnseat is shwoing 52k in account reserve, Is this due to the amazon loan being collected or maybe something else. Any advice?

Check that your bank details have all been reverified.
That’s probably the cause of it.
Whenever there is this kind of issue, they are very careful when paying out, for obvious reasons.

we also opened numerous cases to check why it’s happening but no clear answers. All bank and indentry verification passed and all should be back to normal
