Customer use tracking id to get refund and amazon clueless and didn't bother

Hello seller

one buyer asking a refund as she sent a message to us that she return the parcel back to us via myhermes and gave us tracking id Inditex retail (online retailer) sent her return label and even showed in tracking detail that the parcel was not returned back to us.
we tried to inform Amazon about this fraud and on chat, the guy advise us ABCDE which is waste of time then I call seller support and she told us to report a violation but on that page, there is no option to report fraud…basically, Amazon didn’t bother about buyer fraud they just now will refund buyer because A-2-Z claim open…

This is very sad how easily people fraud at Amazon and we sellers just watching and can’t even properly report the fraud.

below tracking id use
https://www.myhermes.co.uk/track#/parcel/H00BGD0007450002/details

this is the second time happened to us that buyer use a false tracking id to get a refund.

If the buyer returned the item but MyHermes didn’t deliver it, you still have to refund the order. Once MyHermes have taken possession then legally so have you. You’re supposed to refund and then make a claim for the missing parcel with MyHermes.

Unfortunately that isn’t customer fraud, it is just My Hermes being rubbish.

What makes you think that the customer hasn’t returned it? They’ve probably used the label that Amazon supplied on your behalf. Try getting the actual delivery details for the return and see where it was left/delivered.
