Protected against a-to-z claims if you buy via Amazon ?
HI, we buying fully tracked postage via Amazon Buy shipping to be covered if something happend or Royal lost item we will dont have to counted to Account help.
And again we are not covered .

Those claims will not affect your Order Defect Rate but you are still responsible for the financial loss of these claims. My postage has been bought via this and shipped on time. That mean will not affect your Order Defect Rate. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

I've just heard back from the partner team about your order 206-1925926-9056343.
They've reviewed the case and explained that because the shipping went beyond the maximum delivery date, they have to maintain their original decision. While Buy Shipping offers protection, it only applies when orders are shipped within the timeline.
They mentioned that if your buyer has received the order, you could try connecting with them through the platform about a recharge.
