Seller selling fake product on our branded product listing but Amazon won't remove them

Hi everyone,

Long time watcher but only posted once or twice before.

We are currently having issues with another seller. We mostly only sell our own branded product and do not wholesale to anyone. However we have had a few sellers jump on our listings at the weekend, then they go off on Monday or Tuesday.

We have tried reporting them through brand registry but they cancel any test purchase that we make which means that Amazon won’t accept the report. Then, because they are not selling on the listing by the time that Amazon check, they also won’t accept it for this reason sometimes.

We have had sucess from time to time of getting a seller off our listing. However, another seller appears, which has also been registered in the same area of Glasgow and with a somewhat similar name, and starts selling the same products.

Is there any way to stop them from being able to jump onto our ‘Best Artificial’ branded listing?

The Asin(s) involved are B06XJPQ25V.
