Invoice from Brand owner rejected

Hello,

I have been trying to get approved to see a brand for over a month now. My invoice was initially rejected with no explanation as to why. I resubmitted and was rejected again but this time I was asked to supply an invoice showing the supplier’s full business name and address.

I phoned the brand owner and explained my frustration and he personally issued me an invoice with the above requested details and it has been rejected with no explanation again.

I don't know what else I can provide. I have lost a lot of business due to this issue; please can this be investigated if possible?
