Hi All - looking for a little bit of help here. Around 6 weeks ago I received a product inauthenticity complaint, have since provided all invoices, letter of authorization from the brand etc....
The invoice is repeatedly rejected with the internal team stating that they are unable to verify the Supplier. The kicker is....the Supplier actually owns the brand that I am selling, which I have also provided proof of.
I have been going around in circles for weeks with this with no progression, can anyone advise?
I have spoken with the person who's contact details are on the invoice and they have also stated no one from Amazon has tried to contact her via mail or phone. Is there anything I can do to escalate this? seller support and the account health team are useless.

Was it a trade only invoice or a retail invoice? If the former, it should be accepted. If the latter, it’s unlikely to be accepted as it’s not an acceptable supply chain.
I had the same problem just keep submitting the invoices at different times untill accepted mine was accepted on a Sunday Morning took over 2 weeks of submitting them
