Automated Receipt Generation - Not Working

This issue has now been going on for more than 3 months with no outcome.

I am eligble for automatic receipt generation, but amazon are saying that I am not without any reason. My account meets all the terms and conditions.

I have contacted support 3 months ago and they just email me couple times a week saying "we are looking into it".

Does anyone have any advice regarding this please?
