How can I claim insurance when package damaged in shipping
Hi,
I am a seller of a hazmat product on Amazon. I shipped my package following Amazon standards and bought the shipping label from Amazon for insurance. However, my customers reported that they received a damaged package. As a result, Amazon automatically debited my funds and refunded the customer. How can I get reimbursed for the damaged item in this situation?
