FBM Refund Issued for Order Not Received

I have received 2 refund notices within the past week due to "Order Not Received" even though the tracking clearly shows that packages were delivered days ago. I purchased shipping through Amazon. Is there anything I can do to dispute these refunds to not have to take the loss? Any advice is much appreciated!

Are these refunds being issued because of A-Z claims or because you are using CSBA?

Although I cannot confirm the reason for the reimbursement amount, you do have the option to inquire about that via the claim via the 'Manage SAFE-T Claims' page on Seller Central. Click the 'view message' option against your claim, this will provide you with details of your correspondence with an associate who reviewed your claim, and you can reply with your inquiry regarding the reimbursement amount.
