A few days ago, I attempted to close my seller account, and I successfully deactivated my store in the UAE. However, I noticed that there were multiple countries listed under my account, and I mistakenly clicked on some of them, thinking it would help me deactivate those stores one by one. Unfortunately, it seems that I inadvertently created new stores in several European marketplaces, including the UK, which now prevents me from deactivating my account.

When I attempted to close these newly registered stores, I was unable to find an option to deactivate them. Furthermore, the following day, I received a notification requesting that I complete KYC verification in order to proceed with account closure. I tried to submit my identification documents, but my attempts have not been successful, and I’m unsure how to proceed.

I urgently need assistance in deactivating my account. Could you please help me complete the closure of my seller account, including the newly registered stores that I did not intend to create?

I’ve been trying to close my seller account for months as I am no longer trading. I’ve logged multiple seller support requests, most of which haven’t been answered properly. I was told a few weeks ago that I had £0.01 outstanding to pay before I could close my account so I paid that and again requested account closure. Since then I’ve had further charges applied to my account in other EU marketplaces. I don’t understand what these are for as I’ve never sold anywhere other than UK and I withdrew all stock months ago. So now I’m back to being unable to close my account.

Has anyone experienced anything similar?

I've been trying to close my account down for a feel months now, to no success. I have downgraded my account to individual, removed all products and cleared all inventory, yet I am still being charged, and still not able to close my account.

I also await the 90 days they asked. Now I got the message "You can't close your account because you have balance" Then I actualized the payment otherwise I couldn't close it, then they charged me €298 from last year after asked the closure... and still don't let me clouse that $%@#.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

I didn't know that i'll be charged fees we never knew about or agreed to even after I request closure and now we just want to be off the platform for good.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!
