How to get Seller Reviews
I was wondering if anyone has an tips on how to get Seller Reviews. We get lots of product reviews but not seller reviews. Does anyone have any advice on what has worked for them? Thanks in advance!

The "Request a review" link on the order detail page requests both product review and seller feedback.
There are sure-fire ways to increase your amount of seller feedback, but you'd be wanting positive feedback, and that's not so easy.

Hi there @Seller_kKcO5oEilFOv0,
You can check out some of our online tutorials and help pages on How to receive good feedback with customer service as well as this video. We can't guarantee feedback, however the best course is to ensure you provide great customer service. Thank you for your understanding.

Most of amazon sellers here usually get below 1% feedback over total their orders they received - Take Care

My advice is to be patient. If your product is good it will get good reviews.
Pushing it doesn't work, or having people you know leave reviews will get you in trouble with Amazon.
It took 4 months for my 1st review, but it meant a lot to me, I got a great review, & the rest just followed.
Patience is the best advice for a real review. It will be worth it. Of course I don't know what you're selling.
Good luck!

This was a long time ago, for us the best thing that worked was to ship early. Going to the post office late in the day, we even shipped on Saturday even though it was not required.
We even found a post office at our local regional airport that was open until 9:30pm for mail acceptance.
However, times have changed. More than 10 years ago, 100 sales would result in 5-8 seller feedbacks. Today, we see 1 for every 800-1000 orders.
Amazon Customers do not provide seller feedback anymore is our experience.

Which will now increase your "gap" and earn you automatic handling time for all orders.

No I have not had that problem since Amazon changed to punishing sellers for shipping early.
While I would love to,
the NSFE (New Seller Forum Experience) does not allow us to provide links to other sites that could help. It does not allow PM's (Private Messages).
We also have seasonal items. This makes it more complex. We have not had good luck in seasonal items. Especially when we use FBA, you need to plan ahead, and use suffocation bags when you send your items. If not the stock will return to you as trash. This due to Warehouse and shipping rash.
