Update to Amazon AE fees effective August 1, 2024

Each year, we assess the evolving macro-economic scenario, industry dynamics, your feedback and our cost structures as we implement a set of fee changes.

Starting August 1, 2024, we will implement changes in Referral fees, FBA fulfillment fees and Seller Flex fulfillment fees to reflect our changing cost structures in fulfillment, transportation, and delivering orders.

• We will change the Referral fees for 14 product categories.
• We will introduce a lower FBA fulfillment fee (lower than the standard fee by AED 2 per unit) for units with a selling price below AED 25 per unit.
• In FBA and Seller Flex fulfillment fees, we will change the calculation methodology of Shipping weight to exclude the packaging weight, and only include the unit weight.
• We will change the Seller Flex fulfillment fees across size tiers and weights.
