Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues with the account and the multiple accounts policy. I understand our team believes that there is another account that you are associated to. This issue will come as a result of there having been identified details shared between the accounts. Are you the sole operator of your account or do you have anyone else that has assisted with the operations? This would include anyone that may have assisted with the initial registration.

As stated, our team will have found an association that must be explained. The explanation will depend on what you find during your investigation into the issue. If you find that it was due to a former employee, you would need to provide the documents and information to show that the association was temporary and no longer active. If this cannot be shown in the submission, you will need the other account owner to resolve their issues for you to resolve yours. What type of information have you been able to identify as of now?

We encourage you to continue to refer to this thread with any future questions or updates regarding this situation so we may provide guidance.

Best,

Atlas
