I have an amazon acc in USA and Canada (tho no listings uploaded yet), but getting the following error while trying to add a new store :

"Invalid Access

You do not have permissions to view this page"

Any ideas on why this might have happened and are there any alternative ways to add a new market store to the same account?

when i add products，it says "You’re currently unable to add or edit listings because either the credit or debit card on file is invalid or it is in the process of validating, which could take up to 24 hours. Ensure that you have a valid credit or debit card uploaded in Account Settings."

39.99 have been paid from my credit card.

I have always sold generics along with some brands but now when I try to add a generic product but i keep getting an error message:

Error!

5886 : You cannot change a product detail page, or add offers on another seller’s generic product, or copy the product detail page to another store. If you want to sell a generic product, you must create a new product. To create a new product, follow the process outlined in Add a Product tool. For more information, go to Amazon Generic Product Policy.

I see many sellers on this listing who are also my competitors in other listings. I was already able to sell generics until only recently I keep getting this error message. I am not trying to change the product details page I am simply trying to sell under the generic listing exactly as it is.

I have contacted Amazon regarding this issue with multiple responses:

"Our internal team has concluded that, 5885 error occurs when you are attempting to contribute (e.g., change the detail page, create or update an offer etc.) to this restricted generic ASIN on which you have not contributed in the past.

If you seek to make changes, such as extending this ASIN to a new store, creating a new variation relationship, updating ASIN attributes and/or adding offers to sell the product, you can create a new ASIN by following the process as outlined in our Add a Product tool."

I explain to them that I am not seeking to make changes to the listing and that I am only trying to add an offer.

Reply:

"We understand you are requesting further evaluation of your case; however, it appears to be the same request that we reviewed and resolved previously with no additional information.

If you require further assistance, clarify your concern, question, or provide more information such as the reason why the previous response did not resolve your issue. If you experienced an error, please include the error message. "

Another response:

"We are sorry to inform you that, We have identified that you are attempting to contribute to this restricted generic ASIN by trying to change its detail page or create and update an offer.

You must create a new ASIN by following the process outlined in our Add a Product tool to be able to make changes such as extending this ASIN to a new store, creating a new variation relationship, updating ASIN attributes, or adding offers to sell the product. If you are using inventory file templates, provide the Batch ID of the inventory file process report."

Another response actually says I can sell generics:

"This is in follow up to the previous email you had sent regarding error 5885 while adding a product. Let me guide you with the necessary information.

Thank you for your patience while we reached out to the relevant team to complete the investigation.

After further investigation, we have completed our review and determined that your Generic product listing is approved as it follows Amazon's Generics policy.

You can now complete listing using your preferred listing method. Please continue to comply with Amazon's Generics policy when you list Generic products:

While it says I can sell generics, I am still unable to add any listing!

Please help.
