Why does my amazon account was deactivated saying its was related to another account/

Hi, my amazon account was deactivated even without any sharp reason. The mail said it was linked to another account. My seller account name is CORLIN STORE LTD. It was linked with another account named CORLIN+STORE+LTD. It was linked to my account. Can anyone help me in this regard? By the way I don’t own the other account.

Why is this happening?

You have a separate account CORLIN+STORE+LTD which was enforced for violating one of our policies. As a result, you may no longer use the CORLIN STORE LTD Selling account to sell on Amazon.com.

How do I reactivate my account?

In order to reactivate this Selling account, CORLIN STORE LTD please follow the below steps:

  1. You must first reactivate the account associated with CORLIN+STORE+LTD by submitting an appeal. Please follow the instructions in the communication received for that account.

Did you ever try and open an account with or without completing verification and then open a new one later on ?

It also says .com not uk so did you open a second account in Europe or US etc ?
