I have a candy cane shaped candle.. can i list it as such? I see someone had trademarked CANDYCANE under candles
My new product is a candy cane shaped beeswax candle that I designed ( my own moulds) and produced with my own brand
How can i know if I can list this with " candy cane " in ASIN title and bullet points? I see from CANDY CANE is trademarked for candles
I dont know how else to describe this item?
If I say something like Christmas candy shaped candle its not the same
Amazon ip policy says that I can use trademarked words in its dictionary meaning. But is there any way to vet new listings with amazon first BEFORE uploading? I dont want to send my stock to FBA and invest in PPCs and then get hit with policy violations
Can anyone help here?
Thank you

You wont be able to use that word for candles, as Candy Cane is registered specifically for candles and burning oils....
