Using mobile phone & 4g internet
Hello Experts
I wanted to use my mobile phone with 4g internet connection for seller account, is it right or is there any risk involved such as ip address etc.
my earlier account was deactivated right after signed up that’s why not using my computer as well as home internet for the same purpose but only house addresses will be the same… any suggestion any idea or any risk involved.
2nd question
I do have buyer account is it advisable that i should convert that into a seller account.
Please advise.

you have to go through verification and while you wait, the account is deactivated. DO NOT SETUP a second account as that will get deactivated as well AND it will be a mess to try detangle.
Just complete the verification the first account and wait patiently. It can be quick but currently there are reports of many months. so downgrade account from professional to avoid paying charges. Do not keep chasing and supply all document that is exactly how you fill on screen or you will delay it even further.

As mentioned above if this is a second account your screwed basically as it will block you the first account needs sorting first.

That is the normal process and what happens to every new account sign-up, it is NOT an error.
Once you have signed up they have to verify all your details and info before your account will be active.
Do NOT try and open another account - you will end up in a real mess as only one seller account allowed unless prior permission or selling completely different category of items.

1st of all thank you for your support and suggestions. Please note its been 5 months now and nothing moved instead I received a notification on performance notification is
("You may no longer sell on Amazon. As a result, we are not able to assist with this request at this time.)
is it possible if I change my address as virtual address with all the new documents i.e. bank account details, new virtual address, new business name and details, new internet connection with new device,
only my name and date of birth will remain the same. will they still link my account with the old account details or is it possible to open a new account with all the new documents as stated above.

If you open another account that will be three accounts.
The message they have sent you
Means they won’t answer anymore on that account.
I can’t see a way forward for you. Have you looked at ebay ?
