Counting Up Business Bank UK

Hello,

Does anyone else use Counting Up as there business bank, If so do you have any issues with adding your business bank card as a charging method? I have also contacted the bank and they have said my account and card is in fully working order, Its a pre-paid Mastercard debit.

Amazon accepted my personal sterling bank card as a charge method and that’s also a pre-paid Mastercard debit.

Would like to know if anyone else is experiencing the same problem as me thank you.
