If SFP and you bought shipping from amazon, they should be eligible to be struck through

As TLS says - unless you used Buy Shipping it is unlikely you will get them removed.
If you have used Buy Shipping they will be struck through with a comment like ‘Amazon takes responsibility for the courier service’ or something similar

Feedback is rarely ever removed. However, it should be about customer service and not about the product.

The only way you can get feedback removed is if it ‘wholly product related or a review’. Any mention of customer service, courier delays etc means feedback will not be removed.

So ‘Delivered late but good product’ and you cannot get it removed.
Whereas ‘Product was cheap and broke’ you may stand a chance of getting removed because it is basically a product review.

If Buy Shipping was used and feedback is totally related to courier problem such as not received or received late, then you can get struck through.

And yes - the first try of feedback removal is definitely bot driven as it is often instant so in no way did a human being respond. You may have to try several times. But unless it is wholly a product review, you stand very little chance of removal, even if tracking contradicts the feedback.
