Invalid customer phone number and incomplete address details

I was wondering if anyone can help.
Customer has purchased and item from me however they have provided an incomplete address, house name or number is missing. They are several houses in this road, however none of them matches the details given. What are you suggesting to do as I believe I cannot cancel this order as it’s going to be logged against me. The telephone number provided is also invalid. I have emailed customer and given them 4 hours to respond to my email with no avail. I do not wish to ship this item and hope for the best.
My question first of all is how do I report this to Amazon as I have been trying to find ways to contact Amazon on the contact form and there is no option to do that. I also wish to file some reports due to customer swapping products with their old products, this option is not also available or is hard to find.
Is there an option to report buyers on Amazon?

4 hours to respond is an unreasonable time limit. That will alienate most customers.
Some customers go to work, for example, or have lives which means they’re not dedicated to scouring their emails every four hours for emails regarding their Amazon orders…

Cancel the order stating the reason as address incomplete

Hi Guys, following my recent communications with you re the above issue.
I just wanted to let you know that customer has now left negative feedback stating the following “It went damaged in the warehouse”
This transaction was never shipped as it was refunded since customer failed to respond to my emails and customer provided an invalid telephone number.
Could you please advise how I can get this removed as this appear to be a malicious purchase.
