As I noted on a different post with the same issues, Amazon continues to tighten the screws!
You probably need to get an LOA from the brand specifically stating that you are authorized to sell on Amazon.
ALSO --
Is it POSSIBLE that the brand has sent Amazon a "whitelist" of approved sellers and did not have you on it?
More and more brands are providing such a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.
I had one of my brands stop me because they CHANGED the company they hired to screen sellers. The NEW screener did not recognize my Amazon store name because I do all my purchases under a different LLC. It took a couple weeks to get straightened out and no problems since then.

DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.

As noted by @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp our policies have become a bit more strict when it comes to the sourcing of products from an authorized supplier. As noted the documents were rejected for having an unverifiable supplier, did your documentation show all required information as listed in our responsible sourcing help page? Since the invoices were rejected, this will require the verification of your supplier which will include their sourcing invoices, which they may be hesitant to provide, or if they can provide their letter of authorization issued to them by the brand or rights owner as confirmation they are verified.
Alternatively as @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp suggested, we will require a letter of authorization issued to you by the rights owner to confirm you are an authorized distributor of these products and brands.
