Transitioning from Myhermes to Evri
I am going from Myhermes to Evri business account and no surprises, there is not much information out there and I am not finding all of it self explanatory. I am waiting to hear back from my account manager and it is slow! Can anyone help with the following in the meantime please?

Is £20 insurance included with each shipment as standard with Evri?

How can I add a reference myself to the parcels instead of what is auto generated? I need the reference on the label as I did with Myhermes.

When importing from Amazon no customer email address is added, what should I put here & will tracking be sent to the customer? This was not an issue with Myhermes and happened automatically.

Is there any information / FAQ’S etc or a contact anywhere for business customers transitioning from Myhermes to Evri?

Isn’t it just a rebrand. Not used it never will because its still Hermes with a new coat.
I would have thought its offering exactly same. Using same portal with evri branding.

I stopped using hermes, they lose more than they deliver and its nigh impossible to make contact with anyone when things go amiss, then you get the run around between amazon and hermes both refusing liability

Can any one tell me if Hermes do a return visit if no one is at home. I use them a lot. My own personal experience is that they just knock on the door and leave the parcel on the doorstep and it is marked as being delivered. On hear the knock on the door i have walked from the kitchen to the front door only to see them driving off and then checking if they have dropped of a parcel.

All my parcels, from anywhere and any courier (Royal Mail, UPS, Hermes, etc) are just left on step and they do not even knock on door or ring bell.
Its a good job I have a video doorbell or else I would never know anyone had even been. They not ring it but it picks up movement at the door and pings my phone.

EVRI are impossible to get hold off. The only number i could find was actually a different company who are sick of receiving calls re Evri. The automated chat takes you round in circles and there is no option to speak or chat to anyone. If payment goes through twice by error you will not receive a refund.
