We just got an email this Sunday 3/2 from Amazon reminding us to re-authenicate our UPS account, screenshot of email below. The problem is that Amazon never told us to do this before the January 31st deadline. We looked at all the email addresses we have in the Email Notification settings and none of the email addresses got an email from Amazon about this. I even had my IT department look at the deleted emails, and they found nothing.
Amazon also did not put this in the Amazon News Section of Seller Central. Something this important should be annouced in News.
Since, we did not know about this until we just got the Reminder Email on Sunday our UPS account has not been linked and we have not been paying our much cheaper negotiated rates. This means we have been losing money on basically every order since the end of January!!!
Amazon needs to reimburse us for this!
