How to report the attack of Amazon VC account?

I tried various methods, opened many cases but couldn’t report it. Amazon seller support also cannot provide a way to report. The other party is a hidden attack. The attacker does not leave any information on the front-end page of Amazon, but there are operation logs on Amazon’s server. This was confirmed with Amazon Seller Manager.
How do I report an attacker? How can I get Amazon support? How can I safeguard my legitimate interests?

I opened CASE again today to try to communicate, there is a seller support person who is very good, he is more responsible than the person I met before. He checked the issue for me, he could understand that I was attacked by a VC account, he told me that Amazon only has one reporting channel, but I was worried because that Amazon’s only reporting channel seemed not very efficient and understanding.

Which attributes did you observe a change in that raised this concern for you? In what way were they changed? Have you been able to keep a timeline of when you noticed these changes?
