Help Needed to Resolve Account Deactivation

Dear Amazon Seller Support and Community,

I represent Agrido Science Ltd, and we are experiencing ongoing issues with our Amazon seller account deactivation in Germany. Despite complying with all verification requests, we are still unable to reactivate our account. We would greatly appreciate your advice or insights on how to resolve this situation.

Here is a summary of the key events:

1. On May 1, 2024, we received a notification requesting verification documents, which we promptly submitted.

2. On May 13, 2024, we were asked for an updated shareholder list and to correct our company address. Despite making corrections, the system continued to revert to the wrong floor number.

3. On May 20, 2024, we submitted details regarding the beneficial owners. A minor spelling error in a name on a bank statement could not be corrected, as the system no longer allowed changes.

4. On June 10, 2024, we were informed that our verification had failed, and the account was deactivated.

In September 2024, we successfully passed the account payment verification. However, shortly afterward, our payment account was deactivated again without explanation.

Additionally, we believe there might be an issue with how Amazon is interpreting the use of “Ltd” and “OOD” to describe our company structure, which could be causing further complications. This has added significant delays and confusion in our case.

After six months of back-and-forth, we are still unable to resolve the issue, and it has become impossible to establish meaningful contact with Amazon. Despite hiring a lawyer to assist, they are also facing difficulties communicating with Amazon on our behalf.

This situation is severely impacting our business, and we are struggling to understand what more we can do to resolve it. Any guidance or suggestions from the community would be highly appreciated.
