5 Star reviews in seller central and one odd 1 star "rating" (no review) on Amazon Produt page
Hi
I am a new seller, one private label own brand FBA product launch 2 weeks ago.
I have had nearly 15 orders in 10 days. Received 2 excellent 5 star reviews on the product and today, out of nowehere, a 1 star "rating" appeared on the product page. There is no review against this 1 star. When I filter the reviewes based on 1 start, nothing shows up. Also, when I check "Customer reviewes" section under my seller central account, I see 3 x 5 stars.
So either there is a glitch in Amazon system or someone gave me 1 star but left not review? This doesn't make sense.
What are my options please?

There are no options. Amazon allow reviews to be left with no comment and they also allow reviews from people who haven't bought the item with that account.
Reviews without any comment are given less weighting by Amazon though.

Can a buyer review a product that was not purchased on Amazon or from me?
Yes, provided the buyer has made at least one purchase using their Amazon account. They can review any product on Amazon, regardless of where they purchased that product. However, if a reviewer did not buy the product on Amazon, their review will not be marked as an Amazon Verified Purchase.
