My product listing was removed for violating terms

Morning everyone. I'm not sure what to do but my listing continues to be removed and then reinstated only hours after.

When I reach out to Amazon they give a whole list of reasons why the listing is removed and then it is automatically reinstated. I just emailed Amazon asking for more information but they're very vague.

I sent an email asking to be reinstated but I'm discovering this is becoming a pattern since my product is very similar to my competitors but they're all up right now.

This is the message that came up for my product B0DSHFDYN4

This product has been identified as a dietary supplement that does not meet Food and Drug Administration (FDA) labeling requirements. We have determined that the amount of botanical extract per serving on the label is inaccurate and/or misleading. Labeling recommendations for botanical extracts shall be according to criteria described in 21 CFR 101.36 and/or USP <565> Botanical Extracts. Amazon policy prohibits dietary supplement products that do not meet FDA labeling requirements. Violations of this policy may result in the deactivation of your selling account. No response from Amazon. I’m a small business and was just trying to get my foot through the door and this has halted everything with no response.

I appreciate you raising this concern, having your listings removed and reinstated with little information is never a positive experience and can be rather stressful as you mentioned a number of other similar products.

Surrounding the situation and ASIN provided I have conducted a review and identified a concern of note. This specific policy is directly associated to the FDA labeling requirements. What I see as an example from your products ingredient list:

  • (Please note this is just an example not the full ingredient list)
  • Sea Moss (Chrondrus Crispus 20:1 Extract) 350mg **(Equivalent to 7000mg of sea moss powder)
  • Product images state sea moss 7000mg

The images do reference the "sea moss powder equivalent", this equivalent should also not be on your detail page as it can mislead customers to thinking they;re receiving a larger amount than the label states, violating the FDA labeling requirement.

At this time we will ask that you review all listings and ensure that your product details, and images all reference the proper serving dosages match the product label and do not reference the equivalent ingredients. Ensuring these products are not referencing other ingredients will help prevent them from being removed for this particular issue.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.

Emet.
