Fraudulant taking of product and asking for a return having not sent anything back to me and lying that they did

Clearly this is automated and Amazon have not used a human being to view my A-Z claim. Full details of this transaction below…

Customer issue: Different to what I ordered
Customer comments:
Item returned but not refunded.
Claim items:
1 of 1 Sony PS2 Console (PS2)
Claim amount: GBP 40.99
Order details: GBP 43.02 (205-9267016-1053119 ) 23 May 2019
Refunds: GBP 13.00
Delivery details:
Package 1 - ROYAL_MAIL (KB610014425GB) 24 May 2019

I have already sent a long message to Amazon, so I will keep it short and use the key evidence against. Which is…
tracking number: FWGE4736630GB Link you want: https://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace

Please go to the link above and copy and paste or type that package number.

I am based in South West London, the parcel has been returned to the depot at approximately 6/6/2019 23:31. Then received a day later at the same North London depot and signed for (to confirm delivery). Approx. 7/6/2019 11:48
. This is not my home address and the signature is also fraudulent and nothing to do with me. This is proof the package was not returned to myself, I have received nothing and yet the customer still demands a refund. All you have to do is use the link and tracking details above. I currently have forwarded all of these details to my local police and Parcel Force.

actually sent then the ID would have been scanned by the post office and you should have a record of it in your database since the code is linked to the refund process. The code I see in this case is as follows: DdtVZ2PIRRMA (see recorded convo attached)

I want someone at Amazon to look at this. I have proof it was not returned. They also lied about the condition because I check all the consoles I sell and it was working fine. I want this refund rubbed out, this crook already has £13 they do not deserve. I am not going to take this lying down.

This is pathetic. No one is prepared to help me with this!? I will have to put this on Youtube.

Stop ignoring this Amazon. Someone has broken the law and you will not lift a finger. I demand and answer. You are aiding and abetting a criminal.
