INR buyer loses claim with buy shipping... now what?
Sold an item with buy shipping. Showed dropped off at front desk to an apt building. Buyer claimed non-receipt. We instructed them to file a claim and Amazon would refund them (per Amazon buy shipping guideline). Buyer loses claim and now they are still contacting us for a refund…
Tell them to contact Amazon? Or what?

It's a catch 22, you can refund and just be done or don't and risk the negative feedback. I would mark no response needed to any messages though.
