Missing refund button
Can you guys help me please
I have a customer who has returned an item for a refund , however it has arrived and no problem with the buyer at all but the refund / cancel button is missing and I cant find out how to cancel and refund the customer
Never had this issue ever but the button simply isnt there ???
can anyone help because amazon are being a chocolate fireguard over this

You can’t cancel the order, you have to refund now that it has been marked as dispatched and subsequently returned.
Either drill into the order itself - the refund button will be there. Otherwise look under Returns (assuming you authorised a return?)
