You have a separate account which was enforced for violating one of our policies. As a result, you may no longer use Selling account to sell
I've create a new seller account and haven't even started selling anything and few weeks later I got this email from Amazon
"You have a separate account Minimal Apparel which was enforced for violating one of our policies. As a result, you may no longer use the Alrazzaq_Store Selling account to sell".
I have no idea about "Minimal Apparel", have not used it directly or through any 3rd party.
Now appeal process is bit funny in asking me to provide evidence that you never owned or linked with this store. Now I have tried asking support multiple times how to prove something that I have never owned or linked with. what exact evidence do I need to give? but each time apparently a system generated response comes with same content.
Is my account hacked or something? I asked them to call me to discuss that as I'm pretty new to Amazon. Any help would be appreciated

Do you share an IP address or computer with anyone else who has an account or did have an account on Amazon? They linked you to this other account somehow.
When did you start your business? When was your IP address established? Are you using an old computer? Did you purchase it from someone who had a previous account?
They linked you somehow. It is now up to you to figure that out and prove that your account is not associated with that entity.

Hi there @Seller_3drHZgvNGsVKN,
I hope this finds you well!

I understand your account has been found to have a relationship with another selling account, which you do not recognize. I would like to provide insight into the applicable policies and resources for you to utilize in this situation.
Per Amazon's seller code of conduct, each seller may only have one selling account at a time. The exception to this would be having a legitimate business need, such as having an entirely different brand of items to sell or having a separate business with different products. All accounts must remain in good standing. If any account is no longer in good standing, all accounts will be deactivated until the root of the issue is addressed.
I wanted to speak on the Code of Conduct in order to talk more about the Multiple Accounts policy and how it all applies to your situation. Whenever personal information is shared between two or more accounts, a relationship is established. The information can be anything from business addresses, phone numbers, and e-mails to financial information, IP address, or other personally-identifying information. These are used to establish a relationship and recognize multiple accounts for a seller.
When the relationship is established, the accounts are now considered to be owned and operated by the same person or business, thus the application of the Code of Conduct and needing to maintain a good status of all accounts.

@Seller_rGcQW1yb6ZWbC has some good questions, but you will also want to consider other possible root causes of the relationship. Do you have any friends, family members, previous employees, or any other people who could own the other account? Have you ever shared a computer with someone else who has a selling account? Have you ever utilized a third party and given them access to your selling account?
I urge you to also view this video, as there are is great information and advice for addressing such a deactivation.
I understand there has been a good amount of information provided here, so I would like to give you time to read over it all. Please do not hesitate to provide responses or ask further questions, as the forums community and I are here to support you.
All the best,
Stevie
