URGENT Account verification issue - Account deactivated all inventory stranded
Hey everyone,
I just received an email from Amazon stating that my seller account has been deactivated because it "failed their verification process." As a result, my account has been deactivated, and all my listings have been removed.
I’ve had this account in good standing for the past five years, and I’ve always followed Amazon’s policies. I don’t understand what part of the verification process I failed, and Amazon hasn’t provided any specific details. I’ve reached out to appeal the decision and am willing to provide any necessary documents, but I’m not sure what my next steps should be.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Any advice on how to successfully appeal and get more details from Amazon?

you should communicate through the account health page , and learn more about your problem. They will guide you on how to appeal or how to fix it.

Just going through the same. They keep rejecting the self assement statement even though it shows everything needed & less than 6 months old. Anyone got any ideas???

Had this before few days like it does every few years. Luckily all went okay in few days.
Normally this team ask you for the specific document in my experience. though you might need to decode their message.

Important Update: Once again, Amazon has declined to verify my identity, resulting in the withholding of over £900 from my Account Level Reserve without releasing payment. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with Amazon? I believe this is a critical matter affecting seller rights, and I welcome your insights and experiences.
