Hi,
I am a brand-registered seller. I created 38 Shipments on April 7, 2024, to send my inventory from China to the USA. My carrier sent these shipments in two different containers in two different vessels. One of the vessels broke down and was delayed for 90 days. Out of those 38 shipments Amazon closed 8 of our shipments due to 90 days delay. Now, on 27 July, 2024 my freight forwarder delivered those delayed 8 shipments at Amazon Facilitation Center ABE8. These 8 shipments contain 385 units.
After 25 days of delivery, Amazon has not scanned and placed my inventory despite of opening multiple cases. Each case is closed with a standard reply that "we cannot continue the investigation, reopen a new case with relevent documents."

I attached with it the invoice from my manufacturer, Proof of Delivery and Bill of Lading from my freight forwarder.
I am going to go Out of Stock soon if these shipments are not scanned and placed in my In-Stock inventory.
Please help me in this scenario.
