Anyone have any suggestions on the below?
We have been selling TP-Link products for more than ten years, only purchasing from authorised UK distributors, and TP-Link are well aware of this. This morning we received a Notice Form on a TP-Link product claiming parallel import. This removes us from the page until Amazon review the documentation that we have provided, which can be anything up to a week.
The contact details on that form are for "IPProtection.UK at gmail.com" (changed format to allow posting). Clearly not the brand holder, and clearly not a legitimate filer of the form.
Assuming, as I do, that Amazon has absolutely no filter on who can submit such forms, any suggestions as to how I can stop this "person" from filing multiple forms on other product? I assume I'm not the only person they have done this to.
Any thoughts appreciated. MD's office has already been messaged.
