Hello there,
I was using a FBA partner carrier to ship an item for the first time and whilst the tracking id (1Z XXX format) was generated as part of the shipping label, I found that I couldn’t easily find and copy paste this tracking ID to apply on UPS.com web site when arranging a pick up (extracting it from the label PDF doesn’t count).
As trivial as it is, I think the lack of the ability to view/copy a tracking id seriously slows down the process. Hopefully, folks on this forum could share their experience with this and perhaps point out what I could have overlooked.
Thank you!
