Deleted some listings from my inventory - now 2 ASINS are showing as inactive?
This morning I decided to tidy up my inventory and delete out some of my products that don’t sell.
Whilst doing this 2 of them have now appeared as inactive.
Reason: Detail Page Removed
Issue Description: This detail page was removed for potential policy violations. Please visit the account health dashboard for more information.
To confirm there are no listing policy violations on these two ASINS and nothing is showing in my account health dashboard.
If I click on edit them, it returns ‘Sorry, the SKU you have provided doesn’t match any of our records’ and there is nothing to fix. If I select them again to delete them from ‘Manage Inventory’ they don’t appear on the final confirmation page ‘Yes, continue’.
I’ve tried to delete them again from the ‘Fix Your Products’ page, which does confirm, but they just sit there, this was over an hour ago now.
Any ideas on how I can get rid of these from my inactive listings?

I am not entirely sure that inventory updates are working correctly. I have listed a lot of SKU’s this morning and some are still showing as Incomplete after 2 hours. It might just be that things are running slow and these will disappear.
Not sure though why yours would suddenly be flagged as having policy violations…maybe an Amazon glitch?

I added a new product this morning and also got the ‘Sorry, the SKU you have provided doesn’t match any of our records’ message. After a few minutes I was able to list the new product without issues (no sku message) - I think Smiley_Guy is right - things are not running as they should this morning and the system seems to be having a bit of a wobble. I’m sure it will sort itself out in due course.

Mine has changed slightly, the images are no longer showing, but the ASINS are still there in inactive.
Interestingly, I deleted another parent and child listing with 50 variations that I had missed, one ASIN popped into inactive listings and then disappeared quite quickly afterward with all the rest deleting just fine.

I’ve just been on the phone with Seller Support and the representative that dealt with my issue was extremely helpful and confirmed it was a technical glitch.
Whilst on the phone, one of the ASINS actually disappeared from my inactive listings too.
So all in all a very positive experience with Seller Support.
